We offer free standard shipping on every order — worldwide, with no minimum spend.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes applied by your local customs authority. Where they apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
