The classic, doctor-style manual blood pressure kit — for the home.

A complete aneroid sphygmomanometer with stethoscope, designed for accurate manual blood pressure measurement at home. Preferred by clinicians and trainees for its precision, and trusted for decades because it does not depend on batteries, sensors, or electronics.

Key Benefits

  • Clinically accurate manual readings — the same method used in medical practice for over a century
  • No batteries, no electronics — always ready, never fails when you need it
  • Stethoscope included — full kit, ready to use straight out of the bag
  • Standard adult upper-arm cuff — fits most adult arm sizes comfortably
  • Zippered carry bag — clean storage and easy to transport
  • Durable metal gauge — built to last, designed for daily clinical-style use at home

How to Use

  1. Sit calmly with your arm supported at heart level for 5 minutes before measuring
  2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, about 2 cm above the elbow
  3. Place the stethoscope diaphragm over the brachial artery (inside of the elbow)
  4. Inflate the cuff with the bulb until the gauge reads about 30 mmHg above your expected systolic
  5. Slowly release the valve — note the first sound (systolic) and when sounds disappear (diastolic)

Who Is This For?

Ideal for nursing students, healthcare workers in training, caregivers managing a family member's blood pressure, and anyone who prefers a traditional, electronics-free monitor backed by decades of clinical use.

💡 Pro Tip: If you've never used a manual cuff, ask a nurse or doctor to walk you through the technique once — it takes 5 minutes to learn and gives you readings as accurate as any clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I have never used a manual cuff — is it hard to learn?

Q: Who is this best for?
A: Nursing students, medical trainees, caregivers managing a family member's BP, and anyone who prefers a traditional, electronics-free monitor backed by decades of clinical use.
